Lloyd received his B.S. degree from the City
College of New York and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He was admitted
to the State Bar of New York in 1938 and California in 1949. He joined the
Immigration & Naturalization Service as an inspector and worked his way up
to the position of Immigration Judge. After leaving the Service in 1949 he entered
private practice in Los Angeles. He is one of the founders of the Southern California
Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and was its chairman on
two occasions. He has lectured and written extensively on immigration law
and had been lead counsel in several cases that have significantly affected the
rights of aliens in the United States.

Ron received his B.S. degree from the University of
California, Berkeley in 1972, and J.D. degree from Loyola Law School in 1975. He was
admitted to the State Bar of California in 1975 and became one of the first Bar
Certified Immigration Specialists in California. He has written numerous
books and articles on immigration law and has taught the subject to law students
and other attorneys around the country. He is the past chairman of the
Southern California Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and
chaired the Association's Western Region Liaison Committee with the I.N.S.
Ron is a State
Bar of California Certified Immigration Specialist, and has written extensively
on the topic and has taught the subject at the UWLA School of Law and UCLA
Extension.
Ron is a past
chair of the Southern California Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers
Association, and
the San Fernando Valley Bar
Association.
He is a partner
in one of the oldest A.V. rated immigration law firms in Los Angeles which is
located in Encino, specializes in representing individuals and corporate clients
in obtaining "work permits," lawful permanent resident status
("green cards"), and U.S. citizenship as well defending people in
deportation proceedings and employers charged with violating the "employer
sanction" provisions of the immigration laws.

Richard J. Tasoff*

Richard received his B.S. degree from the University of
California, Los Angeles, and his J.D. degree from the University of Southern
California School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of California
in 1982. He has written many articles on the subject of immigration law
and has participated in numerous academic seminars in the field. He is a
member of the California State Bar Advisory Commission on Immigration Law.
