Our commitment to you is to provide quality representation in your immigration law case, project or matter, while also being sensitive to the costs. Tasoff & Tasoff handles immigration matters exclusively allowing us to keep fees lower than fees charged at larger full service firms. Most procedures are undertaken on a flat-fee basis. The government's filing fees and other applicable costs are clearly indicated so that our clients understand the totality of the costs associated with the work that has been requested. In some matters that do not lend themselves to a flat-fee we charge fees on either a fee range or hourly basis after discussion with the client. We provide every new client with an easy to read Legal Services Agreement to review prior to retaining our services. The Legal Services Agreement clearly states the services we will undertake, the fees involved, your rights, and other pertinent information. Your acceptance and payment of the initial fee begins our work to achieving your goals. We make payment of the balance of the fee convenient for you by tying payments to critical stages of the progress on your matter, or on a monthly basis. You will receive an invoice for each payment that is to be made. We also accept payments made through American Express, MasterCard and VISA for fees other than out-of-pocket costs. |
