Upon request, we provide corporate and individual clients with copies of client files maintained by the firm containing client data and/or documents. In many cases the client files will contain information about both a petitioner and a beneficiary. In such cases it may not be possible to segregate information of one from the other.

Our clients' paper documents are maintained in the firm's offices or stored offsite under secure storage procedures. Correspondence to our clients may also be maintained on the firm's servers located within its offices, with regular backup precautions. In addition to the duty of client confidentiality imposed on lawyers under applicable statutes and state bar rules or codes of professional responsibility, all employees of the firm are required to sign a binding non-disclosure agreement prohibiting any unauthorized use, copying, maintenance or disclosure of confidential firm or client information and documents.
